Yes. orders up to $199 require a $50 deposit, orders of $200 and more require a 25% deposit. Commerical and coorporate events desposit will be waived with P.O. Desposits can be paid by check or credit card.
Please call or email our office before 7AM the morning of your party if you wish to cancel. We do deliver units in the rain. The only time we will not deliver your jumpers is if winds are in excess of 25 MPH.
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt and concrete. Unfortunately, we can't set up on any type of rock as the constant rubbing with wear through our vinyl inflatables. Please let us know your correct surface type when processing your order.
Safety is our number one concern. Some companies will allow the customer to pick up and set-up the rentals, but we do not feel that guarantees safety. We personally set-up and pick-up every rental. The set-up area will be evaluated, the correct size, type, and length of power cord will be used and we make sure all of the connections are correctly made. We will use the proper straps, stakes, tie downs, and anchors to secure the inflatable to the ground and ensure its safe operation.
